Welcome to Starhost. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our hosting infrastructure, which consists of partitioned resources from dedicated server providers (e.g., Hetzner) managed via Pterodactyl and Blesta.

1. Service Description

Starhost provides virtualized hosting environments (game servers, web hosting, and VPS) created by partitioning high-performance dedicated servers.

2. Acceptable Use (AUP)

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Abuse of Resources: Mining cryptocurrency, running stress testers (booters), or any activity that causes CPU spikes or network instability for other users on the same node.
• Illegal Content: Hosting or distributing malware, pirated software (nulled scripts), or any material that violates copyright laws (DMCA).
• Attacks: Using our network to perform DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Billing: All services are billed through our Blesta-powered panel. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refunds: We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee if the service is technically non-functional. Beyond 48 hours, or in cases of AUP violations, no refunds will be issued.
• Chargebacks: Opening a dispute or chargeback with Stripe will result in immediate termination of all services and a permanent ban.

4. Backups and Data Loss

While we utilize RAID-protected NVMe storage and perform internal node snapshots, backups are the sole responsibility of the user. Starhost is not liable for data loss resulting from software failure, user error, or hardware malfunctions.

5. Upstream Providers & Maintenance

Since we resell resources from upstream providers (such as Hetzner), our uptime is subject to their availability. We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance with or without notice to ensure node stability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Starhost shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from our servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason.
